Website use
This website provides information about Mountain Ridge Connect and a way to request contact. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful or malicious content.
Service information
Website content does not create a client relationship or a binding service commitment. Scope, implementation details, pricing, and obligations are established only in an approved agreement between the parties.
Text-message terms
When you voluntarily consent, Mountain Ridge Connect may send appointment reminders and informational text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not required for unrelated site actions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Intellectual property
The Mountain Ridge Connect name, logo and website content belong to Mountain Ridge Connect LLC. You may view the site for your own business use. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
Availability and warranties
The site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Changes
These terms may be updated by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date.
